Marketing is an important aspect of alpaca farming. There are lots of ways to accomplish this and lots of books and articles have been written by people far more experienced than I. These are readily available. Essentially, if you have a product to sell, you have to let people know about it! In today’s world, a website is a great place to begin. You can develop your own, hire someone to do it for you, or pay to be part of a group of like minded folks who have websites on sites like Alpaca Nation. No matter what you do, it’s important to let people know what you have for sale!
